seperator plate hole sizes with sonnax servo

Would like to get a good idea on what hole sizes i should run on the separator plate i have a 700 in a 1992 fbody about 350hp 350tq, 3.23 rear, 12 inch 2400 stall convertor, .500 boost valve, .296 reverse with updated PR valve and spring. VB valves and springs appear to be stock with the exception of a blocked 4th accum. and sonnax enhanced performance 2nd accum spring

current separator plate hole sizes

E 4th feed .157 compared to stock .125
A 3rd feed .140 compared to stock .78
B 2nd feed .86 compared to stock .92
C 3-2 downshift .157 compared to stock .70
F 2nd release .110 compared to stock .70

Current issue is when running sonnax super servo the part throttle 2-3 clanks the WOT 3-2 downshift at 55mph hits really hard especially when selector is in manual D its not bad when selector is in overdrive. With the corvette servo it doesnt behave as violent but i like the firmer 1-2 shift, extra holding power and overall design of the super servo i believe it just needs to be tamed down via feed holes

Also what is the effect of enlarging the 3-2 downshift hole, and what does hole "D" right below the 3-2 downshift hole do according to TG plate instructions
